Website design and development for businesses

We design and build company websites, redesigns and web applications in Arabic and English, connected to the tools your team already uses, and hand over a site you fully own.

For businesses in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar that need a website to bring in enquiries, not just to exist. We work remotely across the region.

What we build

  • Company websites

A new bilingual website: page structure, content plan, design, an editor your team can use, and forms that reach the right person.

  • Website redesigns

A rebuild of an existing site. Where URLs, content or SEO are affected, we follow a migration plan: important URLs and redirects reviewed, analytics and tracking continuity checked, and post-launch checks.

How to plan a redesign safely
  • Customer portals and web applications

Logged-in areas for customers or staff: bookings, requests, documents and dashboards, with role-based access.

When this is the right service

  • Your current site looks fine but rarely produces an enquiry.
  • You need Arabic and English of equal quality, not a translated afterthought.
  • The site has to connect to a CRM, booking, payment or internal system.
  • You have outgrown a template or website builder.
  • You are planning a redesign and cannot afford to lose what already ranks.

Connect an enquiry on your website to your CRM, assign it to the right person, and give your team the context they need to respond.

How we work

  1. Discovery

    You provide
Your goals, audience, current site and the systems it must connect to.
    You receive
A written scope, a sitemap and a proposal with an estimate. Material scope changes later are agreed separately.
  2. Structure and content

    You provide
Content input, approvals and the people who will review it.
    You receive
Page structure, wireframes and a content plan for both languages.
  3. Design

    You provide
    Feedback in agreed review rounds.
    You receive
Approved designs for mobile and desktop, in Arabic and English.
  4. Development

    You provide
Access to the tools and accounts the site connects to.
    You receive
A review (staging) environment to check the site before launch.
  5. Testing and launch

    You provide
    Final acceptance.
    You receive
A tested site, launched with redirects where needed, and a handover.
What a website development company should deliver

What you receive and own

You receive

  • The live website in Arabic and English
  • Editor access to manage pages and content
  • Design files
  • For custom-code projects: repository access and environment and configuration documentation
  • Written handover notes on how the site is built and edited
  • Analytics and conversion tracking, as agreed in the scope

You own

  • Domains, hosting and third-party accounts are registered in your name wherever possible.
  • Ownership of the custom source code and design deliverables created for the project is transferred to you at handover, subject to the agreed contract, full payment and any third-party or open-source licences.
  • Admin access is handed over for the systems we configure, and your content and data remain yours.
  • Open-source libraries, third-party software, licensed fonts and assets, SaaS platforms and external APIs stay under their own licences.

Anything not explicitly included in the agreed scope, such as copywriting, photography, paid third-party services, advanced integrations, ongoing maintenance or new features, is quoted separately unless the proposal says otherwise.

Technology and integrations

We choose the stack for each project rather than forcing one setup. Typical building blocks:

  • Next.js and React with TypeScript for websites and web applications
  • Node.js and NestJS for backends and APIs
  • PostgreSQL and Redis where the project needs them
  • Sanity or another headless CMS when the site needs one
  • Tailwind CSS for interface systems
  • GSAP, Three.js and React Three Fiber for advanced interaction, where it earns its place
  • Authentication, role-based access and secure sessions

Integrations use REST APIs, webhooks and third-party services: CRMs, booking tools, payment gateways, email and analytics. We confirm each integration against the provider’s documentation during discovery.

Arabic and English, built together

Arabic is designed as its own right-to-left layout, not a mirrored copy of the English page. Each language gets its own content, equivalent URLs and correct language tags, and both are tested on mobile.

We serve businesses in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar remotely, and across the wider GCC and MENA region.

How the work is checked

  • Responsive layouts tested on real mobile and desktop browsers
  • Accessibility checks: keyboard use, visible focus, contrast and semantic structure
  • Core Web Vitals measured and reviewed before launch, with performance issues within our control optimised
  • Technical SEO built in: site architecture, metadata, structured data, sitemaps, indexation controls, redirects and technical launch checks
  • Arabic and English reviewed separately before release
  • A written scope that states what is included and what is not

We do not publish client case studies yet. Interfaces shown on this site are labelled examples, not client work. On a call we can walk you through our process, deliverables and the standards above.

Budget and timeline

Budget and timeline depend on the number of pages and languages, how much content needs writing, integrations and any custom functionality. You receive an estimate after discovery, before any build work starts.

What drives website cost in 2026

After launch

Launch and handover are part of every project. What happens after that is agreed in writing, in the proposal or a maintenance agreement, including response times.

  • Defects in delivered work

If something we delivered does not work as specified, we fix it under the terms of the project agreement.

  • Maintenance

Updates, monitoring, fixes and small improvements, and hosting or infrastructure support when it is included in the agreement.

  • New development

New pages, features or integrations are scoped and estimated separately.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the website when the project ends?

Domains, hosting and accounts are in your name wherever possible, and admin access is handed over. Ownership of the custom code and design deliverables is transferred at handover under the agreed contract and full payment; third-party and open-source components keep their own licences.

Can you redesign our site without losing search traffic?

We follow a migration plan that keeps or redirects important URLs, content and tracking, and we check them after launch. Some fluctuation after any site move is normal, and nobody can guarantee rankings.

Do you offer SEO services?

Technical SEO is part of every website we build or redesign: site architecture, metadata, structured data, indexation controls, redirects and migrations, and a performance and Core Web Vitals review before launch. We do not offer ongoing SEO retainers, and nobody can guarantee rankings.

Will our team be able to update the site?

For websites that need regular content updates, we can include an editor so your team can update agreed content in Arabic and English without changing the underlying code.

Do you work with businesses outside Jordan?

Yes. We work remotely with businesses in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar as well as Jordan, in Arabic and English.

What should we prepare for the first call?

The goal of the site, who it is for, your current site if you have one, and the systems it must connect to. A rough page list helps, but is not required.
