System integration and workflow automation

We connect the tools your business already uses, so data moves between them reliably and repeated manual work disappears, without replacing systems that already work.

For businesses in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar whose team re-enters the same data in several tools. If you need a new system rather than connections, see Business Systems.

What we build

  • Integrations between tools

Website forms, CRM, accounting, payments, inventory and messaging connected through APIs and webhooks, where the tools support it.

  • Data synchronisation

Customers, orders, stock or invoices kept consistent across systems, with rules for which system is the source of truth.

  • Workflow automation and notifications

Assignments, reminders, approvals and alerts triggered by real events, such as a new enquiry, a paid order or a low stock level.

When this is the right service

  • Your team copies the same data between two or more tools.
  • Enquiries or orders wait until someone notices them.
  • Reports need manual exports from several systems.
  • Your tools work well on their own; they just do not talk to each other.

Move information between systems with validation and visible failure states, so a broken connection does not become a silent business problem.

How we work

  1. Map the flow

    You provide
The tools involved, account access, and how the work moves today.
    You receive
A data-flow map, the integration design and a proposal with an estimate. Material scope changes later are agreed separately.
  2. Build and test

    You provide
Test accounts or sandbox environments where the tools offer them.
    You receive
Integrations tested with realistic data, including what happens when a tool is unavailable.
  3. Launch and monitor

    You provide
    Final acceptance.
    You receive
Live integrations with alerts for failures, and a handover.

What you receive and own

You receive

  • Working integrations and automations as agreed in the scope
  • Error handling, retries and failure alerts
  • Documentation of each flow: trigger, data, rules and owner
  • For custom-code projects: repository access and environment and configuration documentation

You own

  • API keys, integration accounts and hosting are in your name wherever possible, with admin access handed over.
  • Ownership of the custom source code and design deliverables created for the project is transferred to you at handover, subject to the agreed contract, full payment and any third-party or open-source licences.
  • Open-source libraries, third-party software, licensed fonts and assets, SaaS platforms and external APIs stay under their own licences.

Anything not explicitly included in the agreed scope, such as paid connector or platform subscriptions, data cleanup, new integrations, ongoing maintenance or new features, is quoted separately unless the proposal says otherwise.

Technology and integrations

We use each tool’s official API wherever possible, and choose between a ready-made connector and custom code based on reliability and running cost. Typical building blocks:

  • REST APIs and webhooks
  • Node.js and NestJS for integration services and scheduled jobs
  • Queues, retries and failure alerts
  • PostgreSQL and Redis where the project needs them

What can be connected depends on each tool’s API, plan and limits. We confirm this against the provider’s documentation before committing to a flow.

Arabic and English, built together

Notifications, templates and synced records keep Arabic and English text intact, including right-to-left content in messages and documents.

We serve businesses in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar remotely, and across the wider GCC and MENA region.

How the work is checked

  • Each flow tested with realistic data before launch
  • Failures surface as alerts instead of silent gaps
  • Credentials stored securely, never in documents or chats
  • A written scope that states what is included and what is not

We do not publish client case studies yet. Interfaces shown on this site are labelled examples, not client work. On a call we can walk you through our process, deliverables and the standards above.

Budget and timeline

Budget depends on the number of tools and flows, what their APIs allow, data volumes and how failures must be handled. Connector or platform subscriptions are separate running costs. You receive an estimate after mapping the flow.

Connect, customise or build: how to decide

After launch

Launch and handover are part of every project. What happens after that is agreed in writing, in the proposal or a maintenance agreement, including response times.

  • Defects in delivered work

If something we delivered does not work as specified, we fix it under the terms of the project agreement.

  • Monitoring and maintenance

Watching for failures, updating flows when a tool changes its API, and small adjustments, as agreed in a maintenance agreement.

  • New flows

Additional integrations or automations are scoped and estimated separately.

Frequently asked questions

Integration or a new system: which do we need?

If your tools do their jobs well and the problem is moving data between them, integration is usually faster and cheaper. If the process itself does not fit any tool, a custom system may be the better answer.

Can you connect any tool?

Only what a tool’s API and plan allow. We check that before committing, and tell you if a flow is not possible or needs a different plan.

What happens when an integration fails?

Flows retry where it is safe and raise an alert when they cannot recover, so problems are visible rather than silent. Ongoing monitoring is agreed in a maintenance agreement.
