Project agreements
Scope, price, payment schedule, delivery milestones, revisions and support are agreed separately in writing. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract. Changes to requirements may change the agreed cost and timeline.
Content and intellectual property
E-MYTH branding and website content must not be reused without permission. Clients must have the right to share supplied materials. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are governed by the project agreement. Product demonstrations use fictional data and are not client results.
Availability and outcomes
