04 / How we build

Every project starts with how you work.

Case studies will follow real projects.

We have not published client case studies yet. When we do, each one will show the real problem, the system built and what changed. Until then, the interfaces on this page are labelled examples of how we approach connected business systems, not client work.

The details

A few useful answers.

Do we need a finished technical brief?

No. Start with the business problem, the people involved and the outcome you need. Discovery turns that context into priorities, scope and a delivery plan.

Can you work with our existing systems?

We first review the available APIs, data and access constraints. Then we propose the integrations that are practical, including how failures and data ownership will be handled.

Can the product work in Arabic and English?

Yes. We plan both languages from the start, including content, layout direction, mixed text, forms and search metadata.

How do you estimate cost and timeline?

After understanding the scope, integrations and content needs, we define milestones and provide an estimate. We separate launch essentials from improvements that can follow.

What happens after launch?

We agree on a handover and support scope before launch. This can include documentation, maintenance, monitoring and a prioritised plan for improvements.
