Information you choose to share
The project form collects your name, company, email, optional phone number, country, preferred language and project requirements. We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment information or confidential customer records.
Delivery and abuse prevention
When configured, Resend processes enquiry emails, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions, and Redis stores short-lived hashed rate-limit and duplicate-submission keys. Hosting services process technical request information. The form explicitly reports when these services are unavailable.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics is disabled by default. If enabled after review, events are limited to navigation and form progress without names, email addresses or message content. Content previews use a session cookie for authorised editors. HTML form responses may use a five-minute functional cookie containing only the result status, language and expiry.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries are retained only as needed for correspondence and applicable obligations. Contact info@emyth.agency to request access, correction or deletion. Before production launch, the owner must confirm retention periods, provider arrangements and applicable legal requirements.
