E-MYTH / Capabilities
Ecommerce website design and development
We design and build online stores around how you actually sell: the right platform, a clear catalogue, a short checkout, and payments, shipping and stock that work together after launch.
For retailers and brands in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar that are opening a store, outgrowing their current one, or moving platforms. We work remotely across the region.
What we build
New online stores
A store built from your catalogue and fulfilment process: product structure, product pages, cart, checkout, payments and shipping, in Arabic and English.
What building a store involvesHeadless and custom commerce
A custom storefront on top of a commerce backend, or a fully custom build, when a standard theme cannot support your products, pricing or customer journey.
Store migrations and rebuilds
Moving products, customers and order history to a new platform, with product URLs redirected and tracking checked so the move does not cost you sales.
When this is the right service
- Customers drop off at checkout or ask how to pay.
- Stock, orders and shipping are reconciled by hand.
- Your products, variants or pricing do not fit a standard theme.
- You need an Arabic store that reads naturally, with a right-to-left checkout.
- You are moving platforms and cannot lose product pages that already sell.
A paid order updates stock, alerts fulfilment and gives customer support a complete view of the transaction.
How we work
Discovery and platform choice
- You provide
- What you sell, order volumes, how customers pay and how orders are fulfilled.
- You receive
- A platform recommendation with its trade-offs, a written scope and a proposal with an estimate. Material scope changes later are agreed separately.
Catalogue and journeys
- You provide
- Product data, categories, variants and pricing rules.
- You receive
- A product and category structure, and the journey from product page to confirmed order.
Design
- You provide
- Feedback in agreed review rounds.
- You receive
- Approved designs for mobile and desktop, in Arabic and English, including checkout.
Build and integrations
- You provide
- Merchant and courier accounts, and access to stock or accounting systems.
- You receive
- A review (staging) store with test payments and orders before launch.
Launch and first weeks
- You provide
- Final acceptance.
- You receive
- A launched store, redirects from any old store, and a handover for your team.
What you receive and own
You receive
- The live store in Arabic and English
- Admin access to manage products, orders and customers
- Payment, shipping and stock integrations as agreed in the scope
- Design files
- For custom-code projects: repository access and environment and configuration documentation
- Written handover notes for daily store operation
You own
- Store, payment gateway, courier and domain accounts are opened in your name wherever possible.
- Ownership of the custom source code and design deliverables created for the project is transferred to you at handover, subject to the agreed contract, full payment and any third-party or open-source licences.
- Your product, customer and order data remain yours, with admin access to the systems we configure.
- Open-source libraries, third-party software, licensed fonts and assets, SaaS platforms and external APIs stay under their own licences.
Anything not explicitly included in the agreed scope, such as product photography, product copywriting, data entry, platform subscriptions and paid apps, advanced integrations, ongoing maintenance or new features, is quoted separately unless the proposal says otherwise.
Technology and integrations
We recommend a platform after discovery, based on your products, volumes, team and budget, not on a default. Depending on the project that can be a hosted commerce platform, an open-source platform, a headless setup or a custom build. Typical building blocks:
We integrate the payment gateway, couriers and stock or accounting systems you choose, subject to each provider’s availability in your country, its approval process and its API. Where they fit your operation and are included in scope, cash on delivery and local courier integrations can be set up.
Arabic and English, built together
Product names, variants, filters and the whole checkout are designed for Arabic right-to-left reading, not mirrored from English. Search handles common Arabic spelling variants, and prices, dates and addresses follow local conventions.
We serve businesses in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar remotely, and across the wider GCC and MENA region.
How the work is checked
- Where included in scope, the configured payment and shipping flows are tested with test orders before launch
- Checkout tested on real mobile devices in Arabic and English
- Core Web Vitals measured and reviewed before launch, with performance issues within our control optimised
- Accessibility checks on product pages, cart and checkout
- Where supported by the selected payment provider, hosted checkout or provider-managed payment components are used, so sensitive card data is handled by the provider rather than by the application itself
- A written scope that states what is included and what is not
We do not publish client case studies yet. Interfaces shown on this site are labelled examples, not client work. On a call we can walk you through our process, deliverables and the standards above.
Budget and timeline
Budget depends on the platform, the size and complexity of the catalogue, the number of integrations, any migration and any custom functionality. Platform subscriptions and payment fees are separate running costs. You receive an estimate after discovery, before build work starts.
Ecommerce costs to plan forAfter launch
Launch and handover are part of every project. What happens after that is agreed in writing, in the proposal or a maintenance agreement, including response times.
Defects in delivered work
If something we delivered does not work as specified, we fix it under the terms of the project agreement.
Store operation and maintenance
Platform and plugin updates, monitoring, fixes, small improvements and help during busy seasons, as agreed in a maintenance agreement.
New features and channels
New payment methods, marketplaces, loyalty features or apps are scoped and estimated separately.
Frequently asked questions
Which platform should our store use?
It depends on your catalogue, order volume, team and budget. We compare the realistic options during discovery and recommend one with its trade-offs; we do not sell a default platform.
Can you connect our payment gateway and couriers?
Usually, yes, when the provider offers an API or a supported plugin. Approval of your merchant account is decided by the provider, so we plan that early.
Can you move our existing store without losing sales?
We migrate products, customers and orders where the platforms allow it, redirect product URLs and check tracking after launch. Some fluctuation after any move is normal, and rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Who manages products and orders after launch?
Your team, through the store admin. The handover notes cover daily tasks, and ongoing help can be agreed in a maintenance agreement.
