E-MYTH / Capabilities
Custom CRM and business system development
We build CRMs and internal systems around how your team actually works: mapped workflows, clear roles and permissions, reliable data and reports, connected to the tools you already use.
For businesses in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar that have outgrown spreadsheets or an off-the-shelf tool. We work remotely across the region.
What we build
Custom CRM
Leads, customers, deals and follow-ups organised around your sales and service process, not a generic pipeline.
Build or subscribe: how to decideOperations systems
Orders, inventory, jobs, approvals and requests in one place, with the right person responsible at each step.
Dashboards and portals
Reporting for managers, and portals where customers or partners see and update their own records.
Only need to connect existing tools? Automation & integrations
When this is the right service
- Work lives in spreadsheets, chats and inboxes that do not talk to each other.
- An off-the-shelf CRM forces your team into a process that does not fit.
- Managers cannot get a reliable report without manual work.
- Different roles need different access, and today everyone sees everything.
- The same data is entered twice in different tools.
Bring customer records, orders and stock into a shared workflow, with clear ownership and a dependable record of each change.
How we work
Workflow discovery
- You provide
- Time with the people who do the work, and examples of current spreadsheets and reports.
- You receive
- Mapped workflows, roles and data, a written scope and a proposal with an estimate. Material scope changes later are agreed separately.
Data and permissions design
- You provide
- Decisions on who can see and change what.
- You receive
- A data model, a roles and permissions matrix, and screen designs.
Build and integrations
- You provide
- Access to the systems to connect: website forms, accounting, email or messaging.
- You receive
- A review (staging) system to test with real scenarios before launch.
Data migration
- You provide
- Exports of existing data, and someone to check samples.
- You receive
- Cleaned, imported data with a check of counts and samples before go-live.
Launch and onboarding
- You provide
- Final acceptance and team availability.
- You receive
- A launched system, onboarding for each role, and a handover.
What you receive and own
You receive
- The live system with roles and permissions configured
- Reports and dashboards agreed in the scope
- Imported data from your existing tools, as agreed in the scope
- For custom-code projects: repository access and environment and configuration documentation
- Written handover notes and role-based onboarding material
You own
- Your business data remains yours. Where the system manages client-owned business data, export and handover options are defined in the project scope, using standard formats where practical.
- Hosting, database and third-party accounts are in your name wherever possible, with admin access handed over.
- Ownership of the custom source code and design deliverables created for the project is transferred to you at handover, subject to the agreed contract, full payment and any third-party or open-source licences.
- Open-source libraries, third-party software, licensed fonts and assets, SaaS platforms and external APIs stay under their own licences.
Anything not explicitly included in the agreed scope, such as manual data cleanup beyond the agreed migration, paid third-party services, advanced integrations, ongoing maintenance or new modules, is quoted separately unless the proposal says otherwise.
Technology and integrations
Systems are built around your workflows first; technology is chosen to fit them. Typical building blocks:
Systems connect through REST APIs and webhooks to website forms, accounting, email, messaging and other tools you use. We confirm each integration against the provider’s documentation during discovery.
Arabic and English, built together
Interfaces work in Arabic and English, and records can hold both, so mixed teams and bilingual customer data are handled properly, including right-to-left forms and reports.
We serve businesses in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar remotely, and across the wider GCC and MENA region.
How the work is checked
- Permissions tested role by role before launch
- Migrated data checked against the source by counts and samples
- Audit trails for important changes where the scope requires them
- Accessibility checks on the main screens and forms
- Arabic and English reviewed separately before release
- A written scope that states what is included and what is not
We do not publish client case studies yet. Interfaces shown on this site are labelled examples, not client work. On a call we can walk you through our process, deliverables and the standards above.
Budget and timeline
Budget depends on the number of workflows and roles, the volume and quality of existing data, integrations and reporting. A focused first release covering the most important workflow keeps cost and risk down. You receive an estimate after discovery, before build work starts.
Custom CRM: build or subscribe? After launch
Launch and handover are part of every project. What happens after that is agreed in writing, in the proposal or a maintenance agreement, including response times.
Defects in delivered work
If something we delivered does not work as specified, we fix it under the terms of the project agreement.
Maintenance
Updates, monitoring, backup checks, fixes and small improvements, and hosting support when it is included in the agreement.
New modules and workflows
New modules, reports or integrations are scoped and estimated separately.
Frequently asked questions
Should we build a custom CRM or subscribe to one?
If a ready-made CRM fits your process with light configuration, subscribing is usually cheaper. Custom makes sense when your workflow, data or integrations are the advantage. We tell you which applies during discovery.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes, as part of the agreed scope. We map, clean and import the data, then check counts and samples with you before go-live.
Who can see what in the system?
You decide. Roles and permissions are designed with you before the build and tested role by role before launch.
Can we get our data out later?
Your data remains yours. Export and handover options are defined in the project scope, using standard formats where practical, and the database is in your name wherever possible.
